Shipping

All orders are shipped from our Head office and warehouse in New Zealand and you can find approximate shipping times below. We use NZPost to ship all orders, and at check out you will have options of standard tracked or express shipping.  We will do our best to ensure your order will arrive to you as fast possible. 


Expected delivery times:

 

• New Zealand - Overnight with Courier Post.
   

• Australia - Standard Tracked 3-6 business days with NZPost or 2-3 business days with Express
   

• USA - Standard Tracked 3-10 business days with NZPost- or 2-6 business days with Express   
• UK/Ireland Standard Tracked 3-6 business days days or Express  2-5 business days
   
• EU/Asia/Canada Standard Tracked 3-10 business days with NZPost business days and Express 2-5 business days

• Rest of the world - The available shipping options will apply at check out, if you can't find you country then we regrettably can't deliver parcels to you. Please use our Store locator for alternative stores close to you or find one of our online retailers.
